Day 19

Yay, it's Friday and I couldn't be more happy. I'm going to call this last week an entire wash. I've been on a terrible eating streak. Last night was far from good, I wish you could lie to you girls. Guess what I'm doing to make up for it? I'm drinking a white chocolate mocha and about to have a piece of pound cake. ::::someone kick me in the butt::::: I just walked by the break room at my work and saw tons of Valentine's Day goodies. Good thing I'm not a fan of store bought cupcakes. Today will most likely be another super busy miserable day. There are a few people in my office getting on my last nerve.

B- Mocha & Pound Cake - 400 (non-fat 1/2 pumps mocha and tiny slice of the pound cake)
S- Apples- 90
L- Sweet Potato & Veggie Burger - 270
S- If needed (hope not) I brought some dry cereal - 200
D- Chicekn Parm and Veggies
E- Walk puppy for sure
Almost Valentine's Day!!! =D

  1. Um yeah... I feel your pain. I am back ON next week. I had beer and frozen pizza for dinner last night. I am going to enjoy my weekend... with some workouts and start back Monday! Even tho it will still be the weekend =)

    What ever happened to bankers' hours?

    Good question Devon, I don't really. =-/ I usually have a pretty good guess but not exact.

  9. I know how you feel about having off weeks...I snuck a sugar cookie today..I'm glad I only ate one, but I ended up telling Paul not to buy me too much chocolate..lol...emphasis on "too much"...I should have said..Not at all...but it's Valentine's day...

  10. haha I would throw a tantrum if I didn't get chocolate on Valentine's Day. DH knows I'm a total chocolate whore and besides since it's V-day you can eat all the chocolate in the world and not gain weight. =D

  12. I agree with Devon. It seems like your calorie counts may be a little low and that might be what's throwing you off. A grande white chocolate mocha even with nonfat milk is still 420 calories and even half a slice of pound cake can range anywhere from 150-300 calories depending on the size.

    You might want to try measuring exactly what you're consuming and using sparkpeople.com, dailyplate.com, or calorieking.com for accurate counts. Good luck!

  13. Good point, I did look up my coffee. 80% of the time I know the actual calorie count, I'm acutally quite obsessed. A nonfat Grande WCM from Starbucks with full pumps is 350 calories. I'm going to try my hardest to use Sparkspeople, I've used it a lot in the past. Thanks ladies.
