Hey ladies! Quick question for whoever has time. How many calories do you consume per day? I've tried eating 1,200 and I've tried eating 1,800 and every amount in between. It seems like I can only lose weight when I stick to 1,200 to 1,300 per day which some people consider starving. Help?
