Cresent Casserole

All I can say is yum-o! I just made the breakfast casserole from Bakin' and eggs blog http://bakinandeggs.wordpress.com/2009/04/03/crescent-breakfast-casserole/
I used reduced fat crescent rolls and ham instead of bacon and threw in some jalapenos. My hubby said it was his favorite breakfast ever. I'm not a huge cheese fan so I just used a couple hand fulls.
Also, I forgot to mention that I picked up some Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter at the store last night. OMG so good! I'm going to get myself in trouble with this stuff.

  1. Hi! I have totally been MIA but I guess I have a good excuse for it! Hope you've been doing great. So what is that stuff? Chocolate and peanut butter swirl spread or something? Ever try Nutella? YUM!
