Official Weigh In

I did it, I stepped on the scale. The number was not pretty that's for sure....155. ="( This means I gained 10 pounds since November. I could sit here and cry all day but I'm just going to do something about it. I'm going to start weighing myself every morning because once a week does not keep my accountable.
I had a great time at kickboxing last night. Now I remember why I loved that class so much. After class I went home and snacked on some grapes. My dinner was one waffle, a bowl of cereal and a veggie sausage.
This morning I woke up early to hit the store on the way to work. I bought some fruit, breakfast cookies and soup. This means no junk hanging around for me to eat. Here is a picture of my desk drawer...

    I weigh in every morning... keeps me accountable! Yes a little obsessive compulsive BUT at least I know on a daily basis if I have a little wiggle room or need to buckle down!
    Good job kickboxing. My gym doesn't really offer much! Sucks!

  2. Girl I had that very same wakeup call on the first day I started my blog (and oddly enough I weighted almost the exact same as you!). Despite what everyone says about weighing daily, it is the only thing that keeps me on track. I basically gained 10+ pounds in the two months since my wedding and this time I plan on getting down to a manageable weight that I can maintain.

    Good for you for hitting the class...I love kickboxing!! Sounds like you have made a great start :)

  6. Good for you, just get back in to it and don't beat yourself up. I get like that too though, we all have our moments where we just want to scream at the scale (and ourselves).

    Your desk drawer looks very good! Kickboxing sounds like so much fun, I wish I could go to a class.

  7. You have a great attitude about it! The best (and sometimes worse!) part of weight loss is that we are in complete control! You'll get to your goal in no time!
