I did it, I stepped on the scale. The number was not pretty that's for sure....155. ="( This means I gained 10 pounds since November. I could sit here and cry all day but I'm just going to do something about it. I'm going to start weighing myself every morning because once a week does not keep my accountable.
I had a great time at kickboxing last night. Now I remember why I loved that class so much. After class I went home and snacked on some grapes. My dinner was one waffle, a bowl of cereal and a veggie sausage.
This morning I woke up early to hit the store on the way to work. I bought some fruit, breakfast cookies and soup. This means no junk hanging around for me to eat. Here is a picture of my desk drawer...
